Software License

Last updated: October 14, 2026

This license explains what you can do with the Content Machine repository, course, prompts and templates (together, "the Machine") that you get from [SELLER LEGAL NAME] ("we", "us"). It applies from the moment you receive access. The Terms of Sale also apply.

1. Who owns what

2. The Machine (self-serve) license

If you bought The Machine, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

A "client" is any person or business, other than you, whose content you produce with the Machine. Replacing a client who has left is fine, as long as you never serve more than 3 at the same time.

3. Machine + Setup and Done for you

4. What no license allows

Whatever version you bought, you may not:

You can teach what you learned in your own words, show content you produced, and mention that you use Content Machine.

5. Responsible use

The license only covers lawful, honest use. You must:

6. Third party software and services

The Machine relies on third party tools (for example Claude Code, Google Flow, ElevenLabs, Remotion, FFmpeg and Metricool) and open source libraries. Each one is covered by its own license and terms, which you accept directly with that provider. Some of them, such as Remotion, may require their own paid license for some companies. Check their terms for your situation.

7. Updates

Updates we publish to the repository are included for as long as we maintain it. Updates may change or remove features when the underlying tools change.

8. Ending the license

The license ends if you get a refund, or if you break this license and don't fix it within 14 days of our notice. Serious breaches, such as reselling or publishing the repository, end it immediately. When it ends, you must stop using the Machine and delete your copies. Content you already produced stays yours.

9. No warranty

The Machine is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Liability is limited as described in the Terms of Sale.
