Refund and Guarantee Policy

We'd rather give your money back than keep a buyer who isn't getting value. Content Machine comes with two layers of protection.

1. 7 day unconditional refund

For The Machine and Machine + Setup, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase for any reason. You don't have to explain. Email [CONTACT EMAIL] from the address you used at checkout, or reply to your welcome email, and write "refund".

We refund to the original payment method within 5 business days of your request. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

2. 30 day execution guarantee

This one is about whether the machine runs for you.

The deal: follow modules 1 to 4 of the course within 30 days of purchase. If you can't produce your first batch of 10 videos with your own clone, tell us. We get on a 60 minute call and fix it with you. If it still doesn't run after that call, you get your money back.

To use it, send us:

Your order email.
A short note on where you got stuck.
The checklists from modules 1 to 4, showing what you completed.
Terminal output or screenshots of the errors (never screenshots of your API keys).

What it covers: the software and the method not working for you after you followed the steps.

What it doesn't cover:

followers, views, reach, leads, sales or revenue
the cost of third party tools such as Claude, Google AI, ElevenLabs, Metricool or ChatGPT, which you pay to those companies
not having the paid plans the course lists in module 1
accounts suspended by a third party platform for breaking its rules

3. Done for you

The Done for you service is a monthly subscription with a 3 month minimum. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and we haven't delivered your approved clone yet, we refund that first payment in full. After that, payments already made are not refundable, and you can cancel any time after the third payment as described in the Terms of Sale.

4. What happens after a refund

Repository access and community access are removed when the refund is issued. The license to use the software ends, so please delete your local copy. Content you already produced and published with the machine stays yours.

5. Chargebacks

If something is wrong, write to us first. We answer every refund request within 2 business days, and it's faster than a chargeback for both of us.
