Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy any version of Content Machine from [SELLER LEGAL NAME], [ADDRESS] ("we", "us"). By completing a purchase you agree to them. If you have a question before buying, write to [CONTACT EMAIL].
1. What you're buying
Content Machine is sold in three versions:

Prices are in US dollars. Taxes such as VAT, GST or sales tax may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
2. What Content Machine is not
Content Machine is a production system: software, instructions and templates. It does not include the third party tools it runs on. You need your own accounts and paid plans for tools such as Claude, Google AI (Flow), ElevenLabs, Metricool and ChatGPT. On the plans used in our own run, those added up to about $315 a month. Their prices are set by those companies and can change at any time.
We do not promise followers, reach, views, leads, sales or revenue. The numbers on our sales page describe what one production run produced (677 posts, 403 unique pieces, 7 platforms, 7 days). Your results depend on your niche, your offer, your effort and the platforms.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. One time purchases are charged once at checkout. The Done for you subscription is charged monthly on the same day of the month, starting on the day you sign up.
4. Delivery
After payment:
- The Machine and Machine + Setup: we send an invitation to the private GitHub repository to the GitHub username you give us at checkout. It usually arrives within minutes and always within 24 hours. You also get a welcome email with your first steps. If you didn't enter a GitHub username, reply to the welcome email with it.
- Machine + Setup: the welcome email includes a link to book your two setup calls. Calls must be used within 90 days of purchase unless we agree on another date in writing.
- Done for you: we send an onboarding email within 2 business days and schedule a kickoff call.
5. Your access
Repository access is personal to the buyer and can't be shared, sold or transferred. Use of the software and materials is governed by the Software License. Access continues for as long as we maintain the repository. If we ever stop maintaining it, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice so you can keep a copy of the version you have.
6. Done for you subscription
- The first 3 monthly payments are a minimum commitment. After the third payment, you can cancel at any time and the subscription ends at the close of the paid month.
- To cancel, email [CONTACT EMAIL] at least 7 days before your next billing date.
- Every post we produce for you is shown on an approval page first. Nothing is published without your approval.
- You are responsible for having the right to use the face and voice we clone. We only clone a person who has given written consent.
- The posts we produce for you belong to you once paid for.
7. Refunds and guarantees
Refunds and the 30 day execution guarantee are described in the Refund and Guarantee Policy.
8. Responsible use
You agree to label AI generated content as AI, both in the video and with the platform's AI label where one exists, to clone only your own face and voice or those of people who have given written consent, and to follow the terms of every platform and tool you use. We may revoke access, without refund, if the product is used to impersonate someone, deceive viewers or break the law.
9. Liability
The software and materials are provided as they are. We work hard to keep them accurate and working, but we can't guarantee they will be free of errors or that third party tools will keep working the same way. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, account suspensions by third party platforms or costs you pay to third party tools.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought. Material changes for subscribers will be emailed at least 14 days before they take effect.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION]. If you are a consumer, you keep any rights the law of your country gives you that can't be waived by contract.
