AI content system · Built on Claude Code

A full quarter of content. Seven days. Zero filming.

Content Machine planned, produced and scheduled 677 posts across 7 platforms in one week, with an AI clone on camera and one person approving. Now it's packaged so you can run it for your brand, from 1 to 50 posts a day.

The bottleneck

Posting every day is a full-time job. Filming is the part that breaks it.

Every platform rewards volume and consistency. Most creators and small teams stall at the same three walls.

7

Platforms, 7 formats

Reels, Shorts, TikTok, carousels, LinkedIn, Threads, Stories. Each wants its own cut, cover and caption.

1

Face on camera

Everything waits on you being in the mood, the light and the outfit. One bad week empties the calendar.

0

Systems

Tools are everywhere. What's missing is the line that connects them, checks the output and ships it on time.

What one run produced

One week of work. Ninety days of publishing.

Each square is a day of the quarter. The darker the square, the more posts went out that day. All of it was produced in the first seven.

Human time, start to finish

~10h

Spread across 7 days. Almost all of it was reviewing and typing "approved".

403

unique pieces, repurposed into 677 platform posts

13

long-form YouTube videos, plus 39 Shorts cut from them automatically

60

ad concepts and breakdowns, each with a cover built from its hook

0

minutes of filming. Every on-camera shot is an AI clone, labeled.

Counts come from the production calendar, the output folders and the scheduler log of the October 2026 run. Human time is estimated from the gaps between approval messages. These are production numbers. Reach and revenue depend on your niche and offer, and we don't promise them.

How it works

Four stations. The machine runs them. You approve.

You talk to Claude Code in plain language. It runs the skills and scripts in order, checks its own work and stops only when it needs your yes.

STATION 1

Plan

  • 90-day calendar across every network
  • Series, formats and posting times
  • Five hook options per piece

you: pick the angle

STATION 2

Produce

  • Approved pose bank keeps your face consistent
  • Shot-by-shot prompts for Google Flow
  • Physics and posture checks before credits are spent

you: nothing

STATION 3

Finish

  • Your cloned voice on every take
  • Captions from the real audio, broadcast loudness
  • Covers, Shorts cuts and master exports

you: nothing

STATION 4

Publish

  • One approval page for the whole batch
  • Scheduled to every network, AI label on
  • Every upload verified byte for byte

you: approve

08Mistakes that cost credits

Built from real mistakes

Every rule in the machine came from a credit we lost.

Faces drifting

New start frames for every clip changed the face. Now one approved frame feeds a pose bank.

Tilted heads

Clips opened with an odd pose. Now a posture line rides in every prompt.

A floating can

A product hovered with no hand holding it. Now physics is checked before any credit is spent.

A website that didn't exist

The clone said a URL nobody owned. Now the checker blocks links in spoken lines.

A truncated upload

The scheduler stored a cut-off video. Now every copy is compared byte for byte.

Text burned into video

Quoted words in a prompt became on-screen text. Now quotes are reserved for dialogue.

Questions

Before you buy

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You talk to Claude Code and it runs the scripts. The README walks you from installation to your first video with copy and paste commands on Windows and Mac. Expect 6 to 10 hours of setup in the first week.

What do the tools cost each month?

The plans we used add up to about $315 a month: Claude (about $100), Google AI Ultra (about $140), ElevenLabs Creator, Metricool and ChatGPT. The calculator inside reads the prices you enter, so you can plan for your volume.

Won't AI content look fake?

Half the playbook exists to stop that: an approved start frame, a pose bank, physics checks, your real voice cloned and captions from the actual audio. And every post is labeled as AI. We don't hide it. We make it good.

Does it work in other languages?

Yes. Language is a setting in the config, and the same cloned voice speaks both. Our run was produced in English.

How fast will I fill a quarter?

Our run took 7 days with a tested system. Your first week goes into building your character, so the target is 10 approved videos, not 677.

What happens when the tools change?

The method stays and the tool gets swapped. Prompts live in config, and repository updates reach your access.

Can I use it for clients?

Yes. The Machine covers your brand plus up to 3 clients. Setup and Done for you have no client limit.
